Food: Food, in general, will be arranged from 23rd November Dinner to 27th November Breakfast. The Dinner (except for the Conference Dinner) and Breakfast will be served at the Individual Guest House from 8 - 9:30 PM and 7:30 - 9:00 AM respectively. The Lunch will be held at the Atrium in the Lecture Hall Complex (LHC) at IISER beside the conference venue (G05, Ground Floor, LHC) from 1:00 PM. The evening snacks will be served at the same place from 5:30 PM.

The Felicitation & special dinner: The Felicitation will be held from 6:15 PM at G05, LHC (Conference Venue), on Friday, November 25. At 8 PM the Conference Dinner will be held at the Atrium in the Lecture Hall Complex (LHC) at IISER.

Local transportation: There will be a Traveller/Bus for transport from MAKAUT to IISER during the time of the conference. It will start from MAKAUT Guest at 9 AM and will start from LHC, IISER at 6 PM. We will also try to make a car available for occasional carpooling, depending on the need.

Weather: The temperature here, around winter, is usually about 2 degree less than the temperature at Kolkata. On an average, as per forcast during the period of the conference, the maximum temperature will be around 28°C and minimum around 16°C.

WIFI: To access wifi at IISER, individual login and password will be provided which will work at IISER Visitors' hostel as well. For participants staying at MAKAUT Guest House, a separate login/password will be provided.
